Time to get back to work!

With the uncertainty that still exists around, “what’s next”, COVID, flu season, war, threats, politics, and how we work, leaders are looking, more and more, to coaches for a dependable, reliable, impartial, skill enhancing, confidential relationship that can form part of their personal Board of Directors.

How hard is it to change...

How hard is it for you to think about changing something you do? Or changing the way you respond to a particular situation? Or the way you think about something? Or something that is getting in your way?

Round 3

Well here I am two weeks after the intro. Things are progressing. Kind of!

Saw the surgeon. He confirmed triple and maybe a quadruple bypass. O.K., I’ve come to terms with having my chest sawed open - kind of - let’s get it done.

Your values in action!

Everyone needs to understand what's important to them. Important things become values. I’m talking about your values, not someone else's ideals or a set of social norms and expectations from your culture.

Round 3

I just came back from my walk (19.07.11) and I had to walk (not run or cycle) because my heart is getting clogged again.  This time, in Round 3, they say I need bypass surgery. There may be 4 bypasses or more to be made. I’m definitely not impressed.

Routinely ask for feedback...

- 1 minute read -

Don’t like feedback? In some respects it doesn’t matter that you don’t like it, if  you want to improve. If you are working on doing something differently - and aren’t we all - you need feedback. You need to get used to getting it and, in fact, asking for it.
